1. Registration & Payment
Booking confirmation: Your registration is confirmed upon payment of the full workshop ticket.
Inclusions: The ticket price includes all art materials, guidance, one drink, and one food item provided by our venue partner, eon Café.
Contract: By purchasing your ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Participant Cancellation & Refund Policy
As materials are ordered in advance, the following tiered refund policy applies:
More than 3 weeks notice: Full refund of the total workshop ticket.
Between 3 weeks and 10 days notice: 50% refund.
Less than 10 days notice: No refund will be issued.
Please contact the organizer as early as possible to discuss alternative arrangements, subject to availability.
For cancellations, a small processing fee of €3 will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
3. Cancellation by the Organizer
In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or venue issues), the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, you will be notified as early as possible, and a 100% refund will be issued. However, the organizer's liability is limited to the workshop fee, and any external expenses (e.g. travel) related to the event will not be covered.
4. Venue, Catering & Dietary Requirements
Allergen disclaimer: eon Café serves a vegetarian menu. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment that handles common allergens (including nuts, gluten, and dairy). As such, a 100% allergen-free or "trace-free" environment cannot be guaranteed. If a participant has a severe or life-threatening allergy (e.g., airborne peanut allergy), the cafe may not be able to meet those requirements safely.
Venue care: The workshop takes place within a shared public space. Participants are asked to be respectful of the venue, its staff, and other patrons at all times and to follow the establishment's house rules.
Liability for damage: Any intentional or negligent damage to the cafe’s property, equipment, or furniture is the sole legal and financial responsibility of the participant.
5. Materials & Liability
Clothing & property: This abstract painting workshop involves dynamic movements and the use of art materials that can permanently stain clothing and personal property. Participants are strongly encouraged to wear suitable attire for the workshop. The organizer and venue are not liable for damage to clothing or personal property.
